The auction begins with the single-owner ‘Healy Pass’ Collection of the Plated Canada Three Penny ‘Beavers’, the collection being so named for a hiking area in the Canadian Rockies.
Better items in the Canada section incl more than 200 lots of ‘Pence’ issues, and almost 100 lots of the 1859, 1868, and 1870 issues. The ‘Jubilees’ are represented by a set of Die Proofs and choice high values.
